Ulrika Herrlin

Marcus Herrlin

Ulrika has a background in the service industry, specifically in the hotel and restaurant sector, working both in restaurants and at a management level. She studied and worked in France for ten years before transitioning to insurance brokerage in 2000 when she moved back to Sweden.

She then worked at Skandia as a private advisor and later ran her own insurance brokerage business, specializing in both personal and property insurance.

For many years, she and her husband have developed various residential projects, and in 2019, she decided to start studying to become a real estate agent. In 2020, she became a licensed agent and has been working at Residence Christie's Real Estate in Malmö, Skåne, Sweden since 2023.

In her free time, she spends time at the stable with her own horse and has a broad network of horse enthusiasts in Malmö, Näset, and across Skåne.

Marcus Herrlin began his career in property insurance before furthering his education to become a Swedsec-licensed insurance broker. After several years working in insurance and banking in Stockholm, as well as running his own insurance brokerage, he moved to Småland and Växjö in 2005, where he grew up.

From an early age, Marcus had a strong entrepreneurial spirit, which led to a major private residential project involving detailed planning, construction and operation of a golf hotel, as well as the development of a residential area.

In 2013, the family moved to Näset, outside Malmö, when Marcus got the opportunity to work with his great passion—premium cars. After several years in that industry, it felt natural to return to real estate, leading him to complete his real estate education at FEI.

Since March 2023, Marcus has been working at Residence Christie's in Malmö.
